The concept of virtual classrooms is becoming increasingly popular as it allows people to attend from anywhere in the world. As Eplan continue to focus on digital service offerings to ensure customers can use our services as best fits their needs, we are now offering training courses in the SEA & ANZ virtually!
Benefits of Virtual Eplan courses
- Comfortable and flexible: You can take part in the training from your home office or from your usual workplace.
- Proven content and quality: In our online training courses, we convey the same content to you as in face-to-face training.
- Save costs: By participating online, you save travel and accommodation costs. There is also no need to organize your trip.
- No installations or licenses necessary: We provide your training environment completely for you, as well as all the required master data and training documents. You don't have to worry about any installations. An Eplan license is not required to participate.
- Training repetition guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your online training, we offer you a free repetition appointment, which you can also attend on site if you wish.
How do we conduct the virtual training?
The virtual Eplan training courses are delivered to a maximum of six participants per session by an expert Eplan Technical consultant. This limit has been put in place to ensure we provide the same level of one-to-one dialogue we would do in a classroom environment. To give you the best experience, the virtual classroom Eplan uses two software solutions:
What equipment do participants need?
- Desktop / Laptop
- Internet access
- Admin rights or appropriate support for installation of Citrix Workspace App (Citrix Receiver)
What equipment do participants need?
To get the most out of your online Eplan training course, we recommend the following;
- Two screens – a laptop and monitor or desktop with two screens. We recommend having the training materials on one screen and the Eplan application on the other. If this is not possible, we recommend having the training materials on a tablet and Eplan on your desktop / laptop.
- Headset with microphone – as we will be using a WebEx meeting environment, please ensure that you have a headset with microphone to plug into the computer. Alternatively, participants could use built in microphone and speakers on the computer.
